Return Policy

We want you to love your Ylora piece. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for return. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Once approved, returns are processed within 7–10 business days. Delivery charges for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
